Please read these Terms of Use carefully before using the Doko app. By downloading or using Doko, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
Doko is an iOS application that lets you save, organize, and revisit places and links that matter to you. When you save a URL, Doko sends it to our servers to fetch and cache metadata (title, description, preview image) so it can be displayed in the App. Your personal organization data — tags, visited status, and notes — is stored only on your device and in your iCloud account.
Doko does not require account registration. When you save a link, our servers process the URL and cache the resulting metadata (title, description, preview image) to serve it back to your device. Your personal data such as tags and visit status is stored locally and synced via iCloud — we do not have access to it. You are solely responsible for the URLs you choose to save.
To measure the effectiveness of our marketing, Doko uses the TikTok App Events SDK. With your permission (requested via Apple's App Tracking Transparency prompt), this may involve sharing an anonymous identifier and standard app events with TikTok. No personal information such as your name or email is shared. For full details, see our Privacy Policy.
Doko offers an optional Pro subscription that unlocks additional features. Subscriptions are managed through Apple's App Store and are subject to Apple's terms and conditions. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple ID settings.
You agree to use Doko only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of others. You must not use the App to save or process URLs that link to illegal, harmful, or offensive content.
To ensure a reliable experience for all users, Doko reserves the right to cap the number of requests a user can make to our servers within a given period. These limits are designed to prevent abuse and preserve fair access to the platform for everyone.

Doko and all related content, features, and functionality are owned by the developer and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the App without written permission.
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or meet your specific requirements.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App.
We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
